Semilla EdTech is a Colombian education technology company, currently in the process of incorporation, that builds EduNex, an academic management and online learning platform. Identification and contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Nature of the website

This website is informational. It describes Semilla EdTech and EduNex, a product currently in development. Features described as "in development", "coming soon" or "on the roadmap" may change or may not be implemented.

Nothing published here is a binding commercial offer. The terms of any pilot, license or service will be agreed in writing with each institution.

You agree to use the website lawfully and, in particular, not to:

• Submit false or offensive information, or third-party information without their authorization, through the contact form.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data, or interfere with the website’s operation.

The Semilla EdTech and EduNex brands, the logo, texts, design and code of this website belong to Semilla EdTech or its founders, or are used with authorization. They may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written authorization. Product images shown on the website are illustrative representations.

The website includes links to third-party sites, such as social media and the Fundación Semilla del Saber website. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.

6. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the website available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Semilla EdTech will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.
