We build education technology with institutions, not just for them

Semilla EdTech is a Colombian education technology company. We build EduNex, an academic management and online learning platform.

Why we exist

Tools that match the work institutions do

Educational institutions in Colombia do tremendous work with tools that were not designed for them. Spreadsheets, paper records and messaging groups end up supporting processes as important as grades, attendance and the follow-up of every student.

Semilla EdTech was created to build a platform that understands that reality: academic terms, subject-area plans, student records and the national grading scale, while also serving training institutes, foundations and public programs.

We have been building EduNex since November 2025, self-funded by its founders, and in October 2026 we begin our first pilot with Fundación Semilla del Saber.

Semilla EdTech is a for-profit company that develops and sells education software. Fundación Semilla del Saber is a nonprofit organization with its own social mission and management, and it is the organization with which we are preparing EduNex’s first pilot.
